Our online forms are now ready for parent/guardian permission using the SchoolCashOnline (SCOL) program. Please provide consent at your earliest convenience!
Each year, New Westminster Schools asks parents to complete several consent forms to ensure we have parent permission for student participation in school activities.
This year, we are introducing online forms to make it easier for parents to complete the following forms:
- Emergency Release
- School and District Codes of Conduct
- Digital Technology and Responsible Use Agreement
- Walking Field Trip Consent
- Media, Photo and Video Release
- G Suite for Education
- BC School Fruit, Vegetable and Dairy Nutrition Program
The information and permissions that you provide online is through our School Cash Online system and is for school district use only. There are no fees associated with our forms process. Your information is not shared with any third party.
In order to access these forms, all parents will need to register with SchoolCashOnline. To register, please go to the Queensborough Middle School website at queensboroughschool.ca, click on the “Online Payment” button and then follow the green “School Cash Online” hyperlink to the parent registration site. (See the attached instruction sheet)
IMPORTANT: When registering with School Cash Online, please remember to click the button to allow email notifications.
Once you have registered with School Cash Online and you receive an email notification from the School Cash Online program, you can then complete the online forms.
